With the cooler weather upon us, you can expect to find microscopic bacteria floating around.
In other words~GERMS! And yes, it has hit us, or at least us girls, hmmmm?
Here are a few of our favorite things that helped us to alleviate our sickness:
Elderberry juice~a mix of water, elderberries and raw honey. yum
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar, a heaping tablespoon of raw honey, dash of cloves and 1/2 teas. cinnamon mixed with a cup of hot water~super yummy!
a comfy couch
and oh . . . . potato soup from mom.
