This is the pattern I used to make Aria’s Easter dress in 2011.
I had to enlarge the pattern to fit Aria.
I used an off white linen fabric with huge blue embroidered flowers that I got at the flea market for $2.50 a yard.
I trimmed the neck edge and sleeves with blue bias tape and used it to trim out the waist. I also trimmed the coat collar with the same bias tape.
I loved the dress from this pattern but I wasn’t that crazy about the coat. There was not a shoulder seam so the sleeve and front and sleeve and back were one piece, therefore it was not a great fit.
But Aria was pleased with her dress and that made mammy happy too.
I will probably make the dress again, but will pass on the coat.
Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Ephesians 4:28
