Pizza Dough Recipe:
I half this recipe
6 Cups Warm Water
3 T. yeast (I use SAF)
4 t. salt
13 Cup flour (I grind my own whole white wheat)
Mix yeast and salt in the warm water then add the flour. Mix well, then let it rise for a 1-2 hours, until it has doubled in size. Divide it up and roll it up into pizza crust.
I make it all up and then I bake and freeze the extra pizza crusts, then when I want pizza I just pull the crust out of the freezer, put toppings on it and bake at 400 degrees for about 18 min.
I use organic corn meal to dust the pizza pan.
OK, so I use pizza sauce from the jar,
and I’m not the only one that thinks it taste good.
Cheese!!!!!!!
Time for the oven, 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
And . . . . Done!
Let’s not forget to thank our Lord for this awesome pizza.

A slice of bread, half of a hamburger bun and a English muffin, topped with a tablespoon of pizza sauce,
then a cheese slice.
Which pizza will she choose? She tries each one before she decides.

She ended up also eating the hamburger bun pizza.
