Here is a pattern that I am not that crazy about.
It looks cute enough on the pattern and there were some things I liked but I will not make it again.
I gathered the skirt instead of pleating it like the pattern shows.
What I didn’t like about it is the sleeves are sewn into the bodice and the skirt, so when she lifts her arms it spreads out and looks huge.
I did however LOVE the fabric. The bodice was a remnant that I got at the flea market.
There was just enough for the bodice and I love how the circle trim works as a cuff on the sleeve.
The skirt is a thin white cotton that has ovals all over it, and is lined.
The hot pink ribbon tops off the color combination.
“Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?” Matthew 6:30
