It is finally here! Strawberry pickin time and our girls are no strangers to digging through the lush green leaves to find those scrumptious little treats.
Aniyah knows this drill well after the past two years of gathering in the strawberry harvest, and immediately finds what she is looking for.
It has been too long since our last crop and everyone is anticipating these tasty little treasures.
This little raised bed has been good to us, aside from the little critters that love them as much as we do. It is definitely a high light of spring.
Our efforts are rewarded today, there are enough for supper, pancakes covered with strawberries and the girls are excited!

The girls eat whatever we pick. We just cut clean them up and they gobble them down 🙂
