I am on a roll with this adorable little pattern. I made my dimpled darlin baby another one, but tweaked this one a little bit.
I also made a size 6 months for a sweet little baby girl that I know.
Check out the original post to see the first one and to find out where to get the pattern.

This time, instead of making pleats, I gathered the front bodice and sewed strips of fabric across the front, then covered it with a soft pink velvet trim.
I used the shorts that were included in the pattern instead of making the bubble bottom.
As much as I have loved this pattern, it is time for me to move on, or at least for this summer.
“Now learn this parable from the fig tree; When it’s branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. ” Matthew 24:32
Oh these are INCREDIBLY cute, definitely going to hop over to the pattern and make one (or a few!) for my niece! So sweet 🙂
Thank you Katy!! They were super fun to make!! I know your niece will enjoy them! 🙂
